3. User Accounts
To use LiteMock, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
LiteMock offers multiple subscription plans:
- Trial: Free - 7 days to explore LiteMock
- Starter: $9/month - Perfect for small projects
- Pro: $15/month - For professional developers
4.2 Billing
All payments are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy
4.3 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the next billing cycle. Prorated charges or credits may apply when upgrading mid-cycle.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 General Policy
We want you to be satisfied with LiteMock. All payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment partner and Merchant of Record. You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by contacting our support team.
5.2 14-Day Refund Window
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 14 days of your payment
- You provide your order number and the email address used for purchase
- You have not violated these Terms of Service
After 14 days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
5.3 Subscriptions
For subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancellation takes effect at the next billing date
- There are no refunds for unused subscription periods
- The 14-day refund window applies only to the initial subscription payment
5.4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@litemock.com with:
- Your invoice number
- The email address used to purchase the subscription
- Reason for the refund request
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method through Paddle.
5.5 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Unused portions of subscription periods after cancellation
- Renewal payments (you must cancel before renewal to avoid charges)
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
5.6 Merchant of Record
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means you purchase the LiteMock subscription from Paddle, but the service is provided by LiteMock. All refund requests are subject to Paddle's terms and policies. For more information, see Paddle's Buyer Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LiteMock to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Abuse or circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
- Resell or redistribute our service without permission
- Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 Information We Collect
